BAD WEATHER POLICY
In case of bad weather, we allow a reschedule or a cancellation or refund of time not spent. Just let us know otherwise deposit will not be refunded. For example, a two hour party gets rained out after the first hour then we will only charge for that one hour we provided our service.
Safety and Deposits
For our safety, we have a set of rules and if those rules are repeatedly broken, we reserve the right to refuse service to an individual or group.
No-Shows will not be refunded especially with no explanation. $50 deposit is required to book a date otherwise we will give that date to someone else.
Photos
For photos taken on private land, we will ask for permission to use them on our website BUT for pictures taken on our farm and in public places, we reserve the right to post/use them to promote our business with or without permission if needed.
