We offer different party packages for private groups and families as well as an option for bigger events and venues. All are tailored to fit your needs!

Why do we use a cart?
The cart is great for more than one reason, up to 3 little kids can ride at a time so they can keep each other company or just one can ride so they feel special. Another great reason is that big kids or parents can ride with their friends, kids, or family. Horses, as well as any, have a mind of their own and to be safer and different, we use the cart. Tilly, pictured, knows her job and does it well.
The children are always begging us to go faster and in the cart, we can because it's not as bouncy and safer than trotting on the back of a horse. The children love cart rides because they can be with friends and share the interaction with the minis. While some are riding in the cart, the others usually play with each other or take pictures with our unicorn.
The Venue
We have two folding tables, two patio tables and about 14 chairs. the "unloading and loading" zone is on the other side of the gazebo. Tables are usually set up either on the backside of the white fence or under the gazebo.

Shade
The tree beside the gazebo is perfect for hanging piñatas and also leaves out as one of two nice shade trees.

Electricity
We do have electricity available but no kitchen for public use so we advise bringing something for food on hotter summer days.

Restrooms
There are restrooms available.
Liability Waiver
A liability waiver needs to be signed by all parents of every child participating before riding in anything. Fill out the online form or print, sign and bring to the party or send a filled out PDF file to littlereinponyparties@hotmail.com
The Party
At our venue, there are two folding tables with chairs and a few patio tables with chairs for a total of 14 chairs. The 1 and 2-hour times are just for my services with the minis, that is just the time I will be out there with the minis. Guests are welcome to stay up to an hour longer after the set "pony" time has ended.

Food
We do not provide food or decorations, that will have to be brought and set up before the party.

Rules
Absolutely No Running around the minis!
When walking behind the minis place a hand on their behind or talk to let them know you're there.
​
Weight Limits
Tilly and Katella, our riding ponies, are the only ones with a true weight limit. Children 50lbs and under can ride her and Katella's is 60lbs. Most adults will be able to ride in the cart.
Little Rein Pony Parties reserves the right to refuse rides over certain weights for our mini's safety.

When booking your party, please state whether you would like
Option "Unicorn": Tilly or Strider in the cart and a decorated Unicorn (no riding)

Option "Pony Ride": Strider the unicorn in the cart and pony rides (60lb weight limit)
​
Option "Cart": Strider and Tilly in carts (Unicorn Included in our "princess cart")
This option is for parties with larger kids past the weight limit.

Two or Three Pony: Unless stated all parties are 2 minis but a 3rd can be added for an extra $100

The Lone Rider

Events
When a pony party may be too much or just doesn't fit the bill, turn to our event packages! Because they are simpler, we can travel to anywhere we are needed and can bring our magic to your venue. Just please make sure there is adequate parking for our truck and trailer.

Unicorn Pictures
We bring one unicorn (Strider or Katella) to the event location for pictures.​

Does it cost? Depending on the event, we will have either a donation jar or a $2 fee for pictures with the unicorn.

OR flat rate of $175 with a tip jar for two hours. If we are needed for more hours please contact us for pricing. Gas cost is the current gas price rounded up to the nearest half dollar for one way.
Little Rein Events

We set up our own events at our location or in town at a pre-determined venue with one decorated mini for pictures and one cart mini for short cart rides.
